Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
At HayaMart, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. The following terms apply to order cancellations:
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order without any penalty if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately at app.hayamart@gmail.com to cancel your order.
- After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, you can still request a cancellation, but the shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. Once you receive the order, you may return it according to our Refund Policy.
Subscription Cancellation
If you have subscribed to any of our recurring services or products, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The following terms apply:
- Before Renewal: You may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
- After Renewal: If you cancel your subscription after the renewal has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Non-Cancellable Items
The following items or services are non-cancellable once the order has been placed:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Digital downloads or software products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Perishable goods that are time-sensitive, such as food and flowers.
Refunds for Cancellations
