By registering as a seller on hayamart, you agree to the following terms:
- You confirm that all information provided during registration (personal details, shop details, and uploaded documents/images) is accurate and belongs to you or your business.
- You are responsible for listing products accurately, including price, stock, and description — misleading listings may result in account suspension.
- You agree to fulfil confirmed orders within the delivery timelines shown to customers, and to keep order status updated promptly.
- Commission and payout terms are as configured by hayamart and may be revised with notice.
- Prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items may not be listed under any circumstances.
- hayamart reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account for repeated policy violations, fraud, or customer complaints.
- Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the platform's standard seller support process.
This is a default seller agreement — an admin can replace it with a custom version at any time.
